Welcome to Top Shelf Locks & Security. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service and Return Policy. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or booking a service.

 

 

1. Services Provided

 

Top Shelf Locks & Security offers professional locksmith and security services including, but not limited to:

• Rekeying and lock changes

• Emergency lockouts

• Key duplication and programming

• Security camera installation

• Door reinforcement and hardware upgrades

 

All services are performed by trained technicians with attention to safety and quality.

 

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment systems.

 

Unpaid balances may result in suspension of future services until the account is settled.

 

 

3. Service Call Fees

 

A standard service call fee applies to all on-site visits.

If a technician arrives and cannot complete the job due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or lack of access, the service call fee remains non-refundable.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a rescheduling or cancellation fee.

To cancel or change your appointment, please contact us directly as soon as possible.

 

5. Return & Refund Policy

 

All locksmith and security services are non-refundable once rendered.

If there is an issue with a completed service, please contact us within 7 days of completion so we can assess and, if necessary, correct the problem at no additional charge.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 7 days of receipt with supporting photos or videos. We’ll arrange a replacement or repair at no charge.

 

Non-Defective Returns

Non-defective items may be returned within 14 days of delivery only if unused and in original packaging.

A 15% restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

 

6. Warranty

 

Top Shelf Locks & Security provides a 30-day workmanship warranty on labor and installation.

Manufacturer warranties apply to all eligible products. Damage caused by misuse, tampering, weather, or third-party interference is not covered.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

Top Shelf Locks & Security shall not be held liable for:

• Losses resulting from customer negligence or failure to maintain installed products

• Damages caused by break-ins or forced entry after service completion

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services

 

 

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Provide accurate information when scheduling service

• Ensure safe and clear access to the property

• Verify service details before completion

 

Failure to meet these obligations may result in additional charges.

 

9. Governing Law

 

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
